Lison Docg

Straw yellow with timid greenish reflections, bright. It opens in the nose with complex and elegant aromas reminding of herbs (sage and tarragon), tropical fruits (pineapple and papaya) on well-balanced mineral hints. In
the mouth can be appreciated the structure, balance, and roundness completed by a beautiful almond ending that leaves a good memory. Try it with baked rumble fish on a bed of potatoes, roasted with rosemary and bay leaves.
