Yellow straw color with good brightness, it opens in the nose with fruity hints of banana, peaches and pineapple on mineral background, light floral memories. In
the mouth it is inviting, elegant, well balanced between softness and freshness with a contained flavor. Try it with goldfish nicely baked with herbs (sage, laurel).
