This is the new name of the wine that was traditionally called Tocai, and now has finally found its identity and final name. Bright straw yellow, sometimes with slight greenish reflections, always with good structure and a typical set of perfumes. It opens with hints of aromatic herbs and exotic
fruit (pineapple and papaya) but also peaches and melon in the background, always reminding of minerality. In the mouth it is intense, elegant with hints of herbs and pineapple, very flavorful and with a typical almond ending. Try it with swordfish carpaccio, lightly marinated in orange and grapefruit.
