Ruby red color with hints of garnet of discreet transparency, it opens with hints of red berries, cut grass, and hay. The taste is round, already well-balanced, with soft tannins and
slightly mineral in the end. It pairs well with white meat such as rabbit with mashed potatoes, but it can also be a happy complement for a plate of "bigoi in salsa" with desalted anchovies.
